Step 1: Open the HTKK folder (HTKK320) in drive C on your computer using the following path: C:\Program Files (x86) (Windows 64-bit) or C:\Program Files (Windows 32-bit).
Step 2: Right-click on the folder and select Properties > Security tab
In the Group or User names section, check the Administrator line. Under Permissions for Administrator, users need to select the highest-level computer administrator account named Administrators. Press Edit to modify the value.
Step 3: Check the box next to “Full Control” under the Allow column.
This option allows the computer administrator to grant full administrative rights to the HTKK software on the computer.
Step 3: Press Apply > OK to save the changes to the administrative permissions settings on the HTKK folder. Access HTKK again as usual.
