Fixing NoxPlayer Black Screen Issue
1. Unsupported or present VGA but encounters errors
Certain VGAs, also known as Graphics Cards, will not be supported by the Nox software:
- Intel G33/G31 Chipset Family
- Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
Supported, but may encounter some glitches during software usage.
- Intel HD Graphics 4000+ (Intel Haswell HD Graphics - GT2)
- Intel HD Graphics 5000+ (Intel Haswell HD Graphics - GT3)
2. VGA not updated.
For cases where the VGA is not updated to the latest version, you can use the Double Driver software from Mytour to upgrade the software to the highest version provided by the manufacturer.
3. Updated VGA but not stable.
Some VGA cards may not run stably or have lower compatibility with the device after updating to the latest version. In such cases, consider reverting to previous VGA versions, which can sometimes be a cause of common software errors. The Double Driver software mentioned earlier also has a similar function.
4. Outdated Nox App Player version
The newer versions of Nox App Player are consistently upgraded, introducing new features and fixing fundamental errors from previous versions. Therefore, it is advisable to regularly update the software to a higher or the latest version to enhance the efficiency of Nox App Player and avoid incomplete software errors.
5. Nox operating in low configuration mode
During gaming or running programs with large file sizes that demand high configurations, supplementing CPU and RAM is essential. This ensures the software achieves stable performance and runs more smoothly. To do this, navigate to the Settings in the NoxPlayer application.
The System Settings interface appears, and you select Advanced Settings to access the advanced configuration options.
