1. Check Router - WiFi Broadcasting Device
Your phone can still detect WiFi but cannot access the internet, and the reason may be the WiFi device, also known as the Router. You can use another device to try connecting to that WiFi; if you still cannot access the internet, then follow these steps:
Step 1: Turn off the WiFi device for at least 30 seconds;
Step 2: Disconnect the cable, power cord from the device and clean it. Check the cables, connection ports for any damage. Reconnect firmly.
Step 3: Restart the WiFi broadcasting device and wait for about 1-2 minutes, then use your phone to connect to the network.
2. Reset Wi-Fi and Reconnect
If you're using public Wi-Fi or shared connections, the network settings or passwords may have been updated by the administrator, causing your device to still detect the Wi-Fi signal but unable to connect. In such cases, request the updated password and reconnect following the provided instructions.
Step 1: Also within the Settings menu, select Wi-Fi. Here, tap on the connected Wi-Fi network name on your device.
Step 2: In the new screen, select Forget this network. The system will prompt for confirmation, proceed by selecting Forget.

Step 3: Now the system will display the Wi-Fi networks you've previously connected to; find and tap on the name of the Wi-Fi you want to forget. Choose Forget network when prompted for confirmation.
After forgetting the Wi-Fi network, locate the Wi-Fi name in the list again and reconnect, entering the new password to use as usual.
3. Restore Network Settings for the Device
