To fix the issue of not receiving Zalo calls when the phone is locked, follow these instructions from Taimienphi:

- Zalo for Windows Phone: Download Zalo for Windows Phone for Lumia, Microsoft Lumia.

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Scroll down and find Battery Saver.

Step 3: Swipe left or right to access the usage window, locate the Zalo app, and tap on it.
