If you're pregnant or both of you are trying to conceive, incorporate these dishes into your daily menu!
While enjoying a buffet at Moon BBQ (32 Alley 92 Nguyen Khanh Toan), my husband and I coincidentally met the head chef inspecting the kitchen. With a pre-existing acquaintance, we stopped for a brief conversation. Knowing about our plan to have a baby next year, he quickly shared insights on choosing dishes that support fertility. Here are some recommendations for you to consider!

If you're eager to start a family, don't overlook these dishes!
1. Grilled Salmon Fillet
According to the head chef at Moon BBQ, if you want to conceive quickly, you should immediately add this dish to your menu.

Grilled salmon is excellent for the pregnancy journey.
If preparing at home, choose fresh salmon, marinate with ginger, pepper, and vinegar for about 20 minutes, then grill for approximately 15 minutes. If home conditions don't permit, you can enjoy it once a week at a restaurant for better craftsmanship quality.
2. Garlic-Grilled Oysters
If salmon benefits women, oysters enhance fertility for men. Marinate oysters with finely chopped garlic, drizzle some olive oil, add a bit of chili if desired, then grill for about thirty minutes. It's a magical dish to improve male reproductive health.

3. Shrimp
Shrimp provides you with omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, and various minerals from the sea, beneficial for the formation and development of the fetus. To maximize the benefits of shrimp, marinate it with lime juice and garlic. If possible, add a few drops of thyme essential oil.

When cooking shrimp, keep the heat low and don't simmer for too long, around 4-5 minutes is fine.
4. Cheese Sandwich
During busy times, instead of regular fast food, if you're planning to have a baby, ladies, opt for a cheese sandwich with plenty of fresh, clean vegetables!

Swap your breakfast for an avocado sandwich with lots of greens.
Cheese contains essential calcium to boost reproductive health in women. Onions, tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, and more are all nutritious and beneficial. Remember to choose low-fat cheese!
5. Curly Kale/Raw Kale Salad
Curly kale contains a significant amount of vitamin K, which enhances fertility. Encourage the consumption of raw curly kale dishes (ensure they are clean), such as spring rolls and salads, to preserve their nutritional value.

Opt for fresh, raw curly kale
6. Vegetable Juice, Pomegranate Smoothie
If you're determined to prepare everything for the conception of twins, skipping carbonated drinks and caffeine in favor of vegetable juice is essential. Women drinking juice from kale, cucumber, and celery will enhance their chances of conceiving.
For men, consuming pomegranate smoothies and eggs, along with mushrooms, will increase sperm count.

The benefits of vegetable juice are more powerful than you think.
The best way to have a meal with all these fertility-boosting dishes is to choose a buffet restaurant over an à la carte one. Cooking at home is also good; just add these dishes to your daily menu one by one and pay attention to proper seasoning and cooking time as mentioned above.
When going to a buffet, focus on these dishes first, then explore other items to ensure you don't forget the main 'mission'!
