The F70 mini water-cooling fan is ideal for office workers, especially on scorching days.
In this unusual climate, having an air conditioner or simply an electric fan is essential. However, the drawback is the lack of portability. Despite the occasional rain and cooler weather in Saigon, there are still sweltering days. Although the office has air conditioning, it can still feel uncomfortably hot at times. That's why I borrowed this desk fan from a friend and liked it so much that I had to share it with readers.
The accessories that come with the fan are quite simple, including a USB-A to USB-C cable (charger not included), a scented tablet, a multi-language user manual, and two water filters.

The external appearance of the F70 mini water-cooling fan reflects its neatness and high aesthetic appeal. The fan weighs around 800g, and its dimensions are 163 x 104 x 240mm, making it compact and lightweight. Below is the water reservoir, while the top houses the fan blades with the motor and a carrying handle. The fan sports an elegant white color, matching Xiaomi's brand aesthetic.
Looking at the structure underneath, there's a water reservoir with a 650ml capacity, drawn upwards through capillary action to create mist. The mist is released through the fan blades, enhancing the cooling effect.
Next to the water tank is a Type-C charging port, and the charging cable will be provided with the product. With a 2000mAh battery, the fan offers approximately 1 hour of continuous usage at level 4, which is quite impressive for the F70 mini water-cooling fan.
Moving on to the fan blades, the optimal design with 3 blades is what sets the F70 mini water-cooling fan apart. The experience reveals that the wind speed generated by the fan blades is quite strong and refreshing.
Additionally, the external fan cage can be vertically tilted, allowing users to adjust the airflow direction according to their preference.
What's interesting here is that this water-cooling fan emits a pleasant and comfortable fragrance during operation. Thanks to the included scented tablet, you simply place it in the middle of the fan blades, and the enjoyable scent follows the airflow.

The handle has a sleek and comfortable design. A compact mini fan with a handle that you can take anywhere – a small detail, yet a very well-thought-out addition and a big plus for the manufacturer.
This desk fan is equipped with 2 buttons, the left one adjusts the mist level, and the right one controls the fan speed with 4 modes: low, medium, high, and automatic, with a total power of 5W. In my personal experience, when combined with the 3-blade fan, the wind speed is consistently stable and cool. Sometimes, when the fan is too close, I even feel a slight chill in my hands after a few minutes of use. Another advantage is that when used with the scented tablet, the fan emits a subtly pleasant fragrance.
Brought in for a trial, I've used this fan less than my office mates. It's not only cool but also has a delightful fragrance, making it a favorite borrowed item.

Operating at a noise level below 36db, this desk fan provides a quiet experience for your comfort, even suitable for use during sleep without worrying about disturbing your rest.
Another feature I appreciate in this product line is the use of high-quality ABS PP plastic by the manufacturer, resistant to fire and explosions. Especially, it doesn't emit the unpleasant plastic odor found in other 'budget' products.
In general, this mini fan is undoubtedly an essential accessory on hot days when you have to work in the office, at a cafe, or outdoors. When I asked my friend, it was priced at around 350,000 VND, incredibly cheap for a multi-functional desk fan like this. Partly because the product doesn't carry a strong brand name like other models.
