Personally, I find Google Sheets very versatile. I use it frequently for work and at home. Google Sheets is similar to Microsoft Excel, with versions available for both phones and the web. While Google Sheets may not have all the features of Excel, it works well even on smartphones. You can use Google Sheets offline or sync it with Google Drive to share it with any other device, making users feel professional when using Google Sheets.

Step 1: Enter a date in the spreadsheet, then click on the Format icon on the toolbar above. It looks like a letter 'A' with some lines next to it.
Step 2: Type in the Cell button. Scroll down until you see Number Format. Click on Custom.
Step 3: Scroll down to view the entire list of formatting options until you reach the date and time selection.
Step 4: Here, you'll select Date time to format the selected cell.
