How to Hard-code Subtitles with Format Factory
Step 1: After installing Format Factory, open the tool by clicking the desktop icon.
Step 2: On the program interface, choose the Video conversion format. For example, select the AVI format.
Step 3: A dialog box will appear, click Add File to choose the Video for subtitle embedding.
Then click Output Setting to configure various customizations.
Step 4: In the Output Setting window, you can adjust the parameters of the output Video such as image quality, frame size, and audio quality (it's recommended to keep default settings).
Especially, to hard-code subtitles for the Video, in the Additional Subtitle section, insert subtitles that match the Video.
Click OK to save the settings.
Step 5: Click OK once again to return to the main interface of Format Factory. On the toolbar, click Start to initiate the process of embedding subtitles and converting the Video.
