Once highly talented but former SofM teammate may need to change careers to save oneself.
When talking about SofM, alongside contributing to changing the Jungle mindset of the LPL region or 'inventing' unique item builds, LPL LoL and VCS audiences, as well as the world, will remember most his achievement of reaching the finals of a Worlds tournament in 2020. At that time, if SofM's Suning hadn't faced a peak Damwon Gaming, SofM might have become the first Vietnamese player to win a Worlds tournament.

However, it's clear that the victory that year wasn't just SofM's but a result of the efforts of all 5 players. The leadership of SwordArt, the coordination with SofM by Bin and Angel, and especially the talent of ADC Huanfeng. A notable moment was Huanfeng standing in the opponent's base as Jhin to unleash the Curtain Call. Nevertheless, perhaps even Huanfeng didn't anticipate that Worlds 2020 would be his brightest and final moment as an ADC. After Worlds 2020, Huanfeng remained stagnant and is currently going through extremely difficult times.

Recently, according to Chinese media reports, Huanfeng has acknowledged being in a state of 'Unemployment'. Moreover, in a share with fans on his personal Weibo page, the former Worlds 2020 runner-up even affirmed the possibility of changing professions to save himself: 'After stabilizing, I will play ranked games in Korea as a Support. When the economic situation improves, I will hire someone to teach me languages, exercise, and self-improvement. I will also try to earn money (through paid gaming services). Additionally, once the mental stress is relieved, I will start livestreaming.'

Huanfeng also mentioned that these are the best options he can currently pursue before the upcoming off-season. Hence, it's understood that Huanfeng is almost certain to skip the Spring 2024 split to regain focus, spirit, and enhance his skills. Furthermore, he has contemplated 'changing professions', possibly to Support, to save himself.

Huanfeng's temporary break is regrettable but perhaps it's the necessary silence for this player. Huanfeng was once considered the 'never-growing prodigy' of the LPL, and who knows, after this resting period, he might come back even stronger than before to continue contributing to professional League of Legends.
