- SIM replacement locations include VNPT transaction stores or authorized VNPT mobile booths within the specified 13 provinces and cities.
- For customers who wish to switch to 4G SIM cards but are using non-registered SIM cards and do not need to change SIM information, Vinaphone still supports 4G SIM replacement for customers, but with a fee of 25,000 VND/SIM.
