Funiki Air Conditioner Warranty Policies
The warranty policies for Funiki air conditioners include the warranty period, conditions for warranty coverage, and cases not covered by the warranty. Specifically, they are as follows:
1. Warranty Period for Funiki Air Conditioners
According to information provided by Funiki – Hoa Phat, all genuine Funiki air conditioner products in the Vietnamese market are warranted for 24 months from the date of purchase but not exceeding 30 months from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first.
During the warranty period, if any technical malfunctions or damages are identified as manufacturer defects, the product will be repaired free of charge at Funiki's nationwide service centers.
Note:
+ Customers must fill in all required information on the warranty card at the time of purchase and present the warranty card when requesting warranty service.
+ The warranty card is valid only when all manufacturer-required information is fully filled in and it is not torn, damaged, altered, or erased.
+ If there is no warranty card, customers need to activate the electronic warranty immediately upon purchase.
2. Genuine Funiki Air Conditioner Warranty Conditions
To be eligible for the free genuine warranty policy from Funiki air conditioners, you need to meet the following requirements:
+ The product is manufactured, processed, assembled, and imported by Hoa Phat Company and distributed in the Vietnamese market by Hoa Phat or authorized distributors.
+ The Funiki air conditioner is still within the warranty period as per the warranty terms.
+ The model name of the air conditioner on the warranty card, purchase invoice, and electronic warranty system matches the model name on the product.
+ The air conditioner is damaged, malfunctioning due to manufacturer's defects.
+ The air conditioner, air conditioner label, air conditioner type, and serial number must remain intact.
Note: If your Funiki air conditioner is still under warranty but does not meet the above terms, it will not be eligible for free warranty service.
3. Cases Not Covered by Funiki Air Conditioner Warranty
The following cases will not be covered by the free genuine warranty of Funiki air conditioners:
+ Damage to the air conditioner due to transportation, improper use, installation; not in accordance with the instruction manual, incorrect voltage.
+ Damage caused by corrosive chemicals, used on ships or vehicles, poorly stored to prevent water, dust, dirt, animals, insects, foreign objects from entering the unit.
+ Damage to the air conditioner due to fire, lightning, natural disasters, floods... or other natural calamities.
+ The machine number, serial number on the air conditioner and on the warranty card do not match or have been tampered with, altered, or erased.
+ The warranty card is invalid or lost.
+ The internal parts of the air conditioner have been altered or repaired outside the manufacturer's warranty system.
