Main camera: 200MP HP2SX sensor with a size of 1/1.3 inches and pixel size of 0.6μm
Ultra-wide camera: 12MP IMX564 sensor with a size of 1/2.55 inches and pixel size of 1.4μm
Telephoto camera: 10MP with 3x optical zoom, IMX754+ sensor with a size of 1/3.52 inches and pixel size of 1.12μm
48MP f/3.2 telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom equipped with GMU sensor with a size of 1/2.25 inches and pixel size of 0.8μm

Insider reveals: Despite featuring only 5x optical zoom, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will support up to 100x zoom capability. If accurate, this information indicates a significant shift from the S23 Ultra, particularly in the telephoto lens.
