It is expected that this product line will continue to have 3 models: Galaxy S24,
Samsung Galaxy S24+and
S24 UltraToday, a reliable source has just shared details about the most advanced 'Ultra' variant's camera.
Galaxy S24 UltraSpecifically, trusted leaker Ice Universe has revealed that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will feature an upgraded telephoto camera. It's rumored to use a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. This is five times the resolution of the 3x telephoto camera on previous models. Additionally, the new camera on the S24 Ultra is said to have a larger sensor size, promising higher-quality zoomed-in photos for users.
Ice Universe states that the upgraded telephoto camera on the Galaxy S24 Ultra will deliver significantly improved image and video quality not only at 3x optical zoom but also at other zoom levels up to 9x. The Ultra performs well at zoom levels of 3x and 10x, although images at intermediate zoom levels (from 3.1x to 9.9x) may appear less sharp, a flaw that the Galaxy S24 Ultra is purportedly able to address.
Furthermore, there are rumors suggesting that Samsung will continue to use the 200MP ISOCELL HP2 sensor for the main camera of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Rumors also indicate that the company will introduce minor improvements to the 10x telephoto camera for this phone. Let's wait and see!
