There are speculations that Galaxy S25 will have a new design language and later they will be used in other Samsung devices. Now, a new leak has just revealed information about the processors of the 2025 Galaxy S series.

According to the reliable leaker DCS (Digital Chat Station) on the social media platform Twitter, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 (code-named SUN) is a 3nm chip manufactured by TSMC. It is said to feature an Oryon 8-core CPU comprising two high-performance Phoenix L cores and six power-efficient Phoenix M cores.
He claims that Qualcomm has made significant advancements and the CPU performance of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 is expected to be similar to the M series chips. This is also the chip expected to be used in the Galaxy S25 series, at least in the North American market. In other countries, Samsung may equip the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ with the Exynos 2500 processor (also known as the Dream Chip).
