Galaxy Tab A9+ Secures Vital Certifications, Launch Date Imminent

Galaxy Tab A9 recently obtained certifications from FCC and Wi-Fi Alliance, revealing size, battery capacity, and design schematics. Today, Galaxy Tab A9+ has achieved Bluetooth SIG and BIS certifications. Furthermore, it has surfaced on Geekbench, confirming certain hardware specifications.

Bluetooth SIG list discloses that Galaxy Tab A9+ has model number SM-X216B. Additionally, the certification confirms Bluetooth v5.1 support. It also received BIS certification, indicating an imminent launch in India. Moreover, Geekbench listing reveals that Tab A9+ will be powered by Snapdragon 695 SoC with Adreno 619 GPU. The tablet will have up to 4GB RAM, running on Android 13 with One UI 5.1.

In a related update, Galaxy Tab A9 also surfaces on SafetyKorea certification, accompanied by a few real-life images. As you can see, this tablet features a single front-facing selfie camera and bears the model number SM-X115N. Earlier disclosures have unveiled a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. Moreover, the tablet is documented to have a length of 210.7mm and a width of 124.7mm as per FCC certification.

The device will feature a rear camera, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It will support LTE, WiFi, GPS, and Bluetooth. Currently, the launch date for both the Galaxy Tab A9 and Tab A9+ remains undisclosed.
