Today, the 'Plus' variant was just spotted on the Geekbench performance measurement website with some key technical specifications.

According to the Geekbench listing, the + variant appears with the model number SM-X816B, indicating it's the global variant of the device. Here, this tablet was found to be using an SoC with a maximum clock speed of 3.36GHz. This suggests the Tab S9+ will utilize the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy processor lineup.
In addition to SoC details, the Geekbench listing confirms that the Galaxy Tab S9+ will feature 12GB of RAM. We can expect this tablet to launch with at least 256GB of internal storage capacity. The device will boot on Android 13 right out of the box.
The Geekbench listing further reveals that the Galaxy Tab S9+ scored 1,974 and 5,194 in single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. The US market variant of this tablet has previously appeared on Geekbench with similar hardware. It scored 2,049 in single-core and 5,492 in multi-core tests.
