Leaker Evan Blass has shared purported renders and specifications (now deleted) of the upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra tablet. The specs of the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G are said to include:

14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED display
Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Chipset
12GB RAM
512GB internal storage
Front Camera: 12MP UW + 12MP
Rear Camera: 13MP + 8MP UW
11,200mAh battery
Runs Android 13
Supports physical SIM + eSIM
Memory card support

Notable upgrades compared to the Tab S8 Ultra include an 8MP ultra-wide rear camera (up from 6MP), Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, and support for both physical SIM and eSIM on the 5G variant (Tab S8 Ultra 5G only supports 1 physical SIM).Here are the front and rear images of the device, which closely resemble the Tab S8 Ultra with a notch housing the front camera on the display.

The keyboard cover cum stand is identical to that on the Tab S8 Ultra. The device also supports the S Pen stylus.
