This particular player can be considered the most disappointing in GAM's lineup against FNC.
Entering the match against Fnatic, it was an excellent opportunity for GAM Esports to secure a victory. Despite FNC being the second seed from LEC, if GAM played focused, they could have caused an upset. However, in the end, the result aligned with the predictions: GAM lost, with a score of 0-2. Now, they are set to face another formidable opponent, Team Liquid, the team that even made Faker's T1 sweat in the Swiss round.

The defeat against FNC is even more regrettable for GAM, as the VCS representative lost all their advantages, from champion draft execution to handling skirmishes. Watching GAM play, no one could recognize them as the VCS representative – a region known for constant skirmish play. Even when FNC played unorthodoxly, GAM still allowed the opponents to win through skillful performances. This is not to mention the disarray in each position of GAM's players.

In the dark picture of GAM, even within the fanbase, the supporters can't maintain their calm. Especially, the two names mentioned the most are the team captain, Levi, and the Marksman Slayder.
In the match against Gen.G, Levi's hesitancy in stealing the Red Buff can be understood as he lacked support from teammates. Meanwhile, Peanut - Chovy, and Delight were ready for a counterattack. However, in the FNC match, using the champion Sejuani, Levi only had a few well-executed Glacial Prison throws. Additionally, he was almost powerless against the FNC players' movements and couldn't control vision effectively.

While Levi's performance may decline due to age, Slayder once again disappoints GAM fans. No one can fathom what the current top-rated VCS Marksman is thinking in the Bottom Lane situation after GAM successfully took down Trymbi and had the advantage in the turret fight. This isn't the first time Slayder has underperformed at Worlds 2023. GAM's debut match in the Play-In stage is another example of Slayder's inconsistent form. Interestingly, he was once considered the 'dream Marksman' that GAM needed to acquire to replace Sty1e.

Certainly, when a team fails, the blame lies on the collective. But undoubtedly, there are individuals whose mistakes are like a dagger to the heart, causing the team to crumble. Specifically, Slayder and Levi, along with all GAM members, need to regain focus if they don't want to end the Swiss round with a humiliating 0-3 record.
