Navia
As leaks have long suggested, Navia is indeed a 5-star DPS character in Genshin Impact, with skills centered around Crystallize reactions. Interestingly, her primary weapon is identified as a hammer.

Skills and Basic Stats Overview
Navia's revealed basic stats are 363 ATK, 12,650 HP, and 793 DEF, making her the character with the highest base ATK in Genshin Impact, surpassing the previous leader, Xiao, who has 349.
Normal Attack:Executes 4 consecutive strikes.
Elemental Skill (E):When a team member triggers Crystallize, Navia gains a Fervent Crystal Shard
(translation: shard), accumulating up to 6 shards. Each shard lasts for 300s, and their duration refreshes upon acquiring a new one. Can store 2 uses of E with a 9s cooldown.
- Tap: Deploy a parachute to fire bullets, consuming all shards. With 0/1/2/3 Fervent Crystal Shards, it generates 5/7/9/11 Rose Crystal Bullets. Damage from bullets is calculated at once, increasing with the number of bullets hitting the target. Damage doubles when all hit a single enemy. With more than 3 shards, each additional shard consumed increases bullet damage by 15%.
- Hold E: Absorbs Crystallize and upon release, triggers the effect as if tapped. Can be held for up to 15s.
- Activates Ousia effect.
Consumes 60 energy to summon an “Artillery Barrage” attacking enemies with AOE Geo damage. After the initial blast, it continuously generates “Supportive Barrage” dealing damage over time, about once every second. When the barrage hits an enemy, it grants Navia a shard, happening once every 2.4s.
Combat Talent 1:After using E, converts damage to Geo, increasing damage dealt by 40% for 4 seconds.
Combat Talent 2:Each team member of Cryo, Electro, Pyro, or Hydro elements boosts Navia's attack by 20%, up to a maximum of 40% with 2 stacks.

C1: Using E, each shard consumed grants Navia 2 energy and reduces the cooldown of her burst by 1s, up to a maximum of 6 energy and 3 seconds.
C2: Using E, each shard consumed increases this E's crit rate by 8%, up to 24%. Hitting an enemy with E summons an additional Supportive Barrage dealing damage, considered as burst damage.
C3: Increases the level of E by 3.
C4: Enemies hit by E have their Geo resistance reduced by 20% for 8s.
C5: Increases the level of Q by 3.
C6: Using E, consuming 3 shards increases E's crit damage by 35% per shard. Consuming more than 3 shards refunds the excess, except for the first 3 (e.g., using 5 shards will consume all but refund 2).
Navia's Weapon
It resembles a hammer but is categorized under the Claymore weapon type in Genshin Impact. The weapon's stats at level 90 include:
- Attack: 674
- Crit Rate: 22.1%
- Effect: Increases the wielder's attack by 20%.
- When a team member triggers Crystallize, the wielder gains a seal boosting E's damage by 18% for 15s. This effect can stack twice. All seals disappear 0.2s after E deals damage.
Chevreuse
Similar to Nilou, Chevreuse is designed to enhance Overload reactions and serves as a healer – introducing a new Pyro healer after three years. Chevreuse's weapon is a spear, likely making Favonius Lance a preferred choice. However, Genshin Impact players might find her less effective in regular enemy encounters without the option to incorporate Anemo into the team for crowd control.

Skill Set
Normal Attack:Performs 4 consecutive strikes.
Elemental Skill (E):When teammates trigger an Overload reaction, Chevreuse receives an 'Overloaded Bullet'
(translation: explosive bullet).Cooldown: 15s.
- Holding the attack button enters aiming mode, locking onto an enemy. With an Overloaded Bullet, it enhances to shoot a Special Shot with greater explosion range and damage.
- After firing, heals the active character for 12s based on Chevreuse's max HP.
Uses 60 energy to throw a grenade that splits into smaller bombs upon hitting a target, similar to Klee's Elemental Skill. Cooldown: 15s.
First Combat Talent:When the entire team consists of Pyro and Electro elements, with at least one Pyro and one Electro, Chevreuse initiates Synergized Tactics for the team. Triggering an Overload reaction decreases the enemies' Pyro and Electro resistances for 6 seconds.
Second Combat Talent:Enhancing E increases Chevreuse's maximum HP. For every 1,000 max HP points, it boosts the attack of all Pyro and Electro characters in the team by 1%, up to 40%. This effect lasts for 30 seconds.

Chevreuse's Constellations
C1: Characters affected by the first combat talent (excluding Chevreuse) receive 6 energy when triggering Overload.
C2: Holding and hitting an enemy with E generates 2 cannon shots at the explosion site, each dealing Pyro damage equal to 120% of Chevreuse's attack. This is considered E damage and the effect has a 10s cooldown.
C3: Increases the level of E by 3.
C4: After using Q, the cooldown for holding E is reduced by 100% for 6 seconds. This effect expires after using hold E twice.
C5: Increases the level of Q by 3.
C6: After the healing effect from E lasts for 12 seconds, it heals the entire team for an amount equal to 10% of Chevreuse's max HP. Characters healed receive an additional 20% Pyro and Electro damage for 8 seconds. This can stack up to 3 layers, each with its own duration.
Two New Artifact Sets
Patch 4.3 introduces two new artifact sets designed for Navia and the upcoming healer, potentially Liu Yun in patch 4.4.
The set designed for Navia includes the following effects:
- 2 pieces: +18% attack.
- 4 pieces: After using E, increase Geo damage by 16% for 10s. Protected by a Crystallize shield, the Geo damage boost goes up an additional 150% (to 40%). This extra boost disappears 1s after losing the Crystallize shield.
Set for the healer:
- 2 pieces: Increase healing effectiveness by 15%.
- 4 pieces:
- When healing teammates, triggers the Yearning effect for 10s, recording all healed HP, including overheal, up to a max of 30,000 HP. After this period, Yearning turns into Tide of the Moment.
- Tide of the Moment increases damage for normal, charged, and plunge attacks, E, and Q for the active character by 3% of the recorded HP. This effect ends after 10s or after being activated 10 times.
- Can be activated even when the set wearer is off-field.

Conclusion
Navia and Chevreuse are designed to transform familiar reactions - Crystallize for Navia, and Overload for Chevreuse. However, miHoYo may adjust their stats and skills during the Genshin Impact 4.3 beta phase, so let's see what the final results will be.
