Hydro Archons
According to recently disclosed information, Fontaine's Hydro Archon consists of 2 individuals. As described by leakers, the predecessor (whether alive or deceased) is depicted as a teen-like female character similar to Keqing, with short, sea-greenish white hair and a mischievous, powerful demeanor.
The current Hydro Archon, akin to Raiden Shogun, dons verdant blonde locks and sturdy armor, exuding solemnity in stark contrast to her predecessor. With two distinct Hydro Archons, the identity of the 'Focalors' remains uncertain.
Notably, this information aligns perfectly with the emblem of Fontaine recently discovered by dataminers, featuring two goddesses (mermaids?) back-to-back with a scale of justice above them. If miHoYo indeed plans to introduce two Hydro Archons, players will surely be in for a treat later this year!
Luu Van Ta Phong Chan Quan
As described by the leaker, Luu Van Ta Phong Chan Quan, in her human form, is a character who enjoys tinkering indoors with various mechanical components. Her personality is described as 'extremely chaotic and challenging to care for oneself', a talkative tsundere who only wears glasses when working.
Luu Van Ta Phong Chan Quan sports black hair, black leggings, high heels, and red-framed glasses. You can see the character's appearance in the image above. With leakers revealing that the new form of the 'main character' will appear in the Lantern Rite event in Genshin Impact 3.4, it's highly likely that this image has been finalized and will undergo no further changes.
Additionally, another piece of information suggests that this cinematic will unveil another female character from Tra Luc Coc, a location mentioned in the book TDV The Sound of Water's Edge. This area may be related to Kieu Anh Village, a location in the northwest of Liyue with a path leading to Fontaine.
Dehya
Dehya's appearance has been known since before the release of patch 3.0, so all players are already familiar with how she looks. However, in this article, Mytour wants to introduce you to Dehya's splash art – the image that appears when you successfully win the 50/50 and recruit this character to your team:
We also know that Dehya wields a polearm, with the 'restraint' belonging to the same weapon set as Nilou and Cyno's King Deshret. Therefore, it's highly likely that Dehya will have skills that deal damage based on her maximum health.
