Gaming's Skills and Destiny
Gaming is a 4-star Pyro character, wielding a heavy sword with impressive stats. Created by miHoYo to be included in the free list during the Lunar New Year event as usual, players can own Gaming without needing to roll the gacha. All stats (if any) are at level 10.
Normal Attack: Star Harvesting- Normal Attack: Executes up to 4 consecutive attacks.
- Heavy Strike: Consumes stamina to spin the sword and attack surrounding enemies. Upon stopping, unleashes a powerful blow.
- Plunge Attack: Descends from mid-air, attacking enemies below and dealing area damage upon impact with the ground.
- Gaming charges forward, upon touching a target or terrain, leaps high into the air.
- When leaping in this manner, the plunging attack transforms into a more potent Skyward Plunge.
- Skyward Plunge: Deals Pyro elemental damage that cannot be overridden, while upon landing, Gaming consumes a certain amount of HP. Maximum reduction down to 10%. The damage from Skyward Plunge is considered Plunge Attack damage.

- Gaming enters Beast Dance Stance, gaining a brief Pyro infusion, restoring 30% HP, and summons the Beast - A Van to attack enemies, dealing AoE Pyro damage.
- After A Van completes the attack, it rolls around before returning to Gaming. Upon meeting Gaming, A Van leaves the field, resetting the cooldown of the E skill.
- During the duration of Beast Dance Stance, when Skyward Plunge makes contact with the ground or when the dashing action of E ends, if Gaming's HP is above 50%, A Van is summoned again.
- Only one A Van can exist in battle. The effectiveness of Beast Dance Stance dissipates when Gaming leaves the field.
After Skyward Plunge from Ascending Celestial Beast hits the target, every 0.2s restores Gaming's HP once, healing equivalent to 1.5% of Gaming's Max HP, lasting 0.8s.
Combat Talent 2: Prosperous AirWhen Gaming's HP is below 50%, healing received is increased by 20%. When Gaming's HP is above or equal to 50%, the damage dealt by Skyward Plunge is increased by 20%.
Exploration Talent: Roaming ScholarDuring daytime (6 AM to 6 PM), the movement speed of characters in the party is increased by 10%. This effect is ineffective in Domains, Dragonspine, Spiral Abyss, and cannot stack with similar effective fixed talents.

Gaming's Destiny Bow
Talent 1: Radiant GuardianWhen A Van from Blaze Dance of the Golden Saber successfully synergizes with Gaming, it restores 15% of Gaming's HP.
Talent 2: Blossom Stampede SetWhen Gaming receives healing, if the excess healing remains, Gaming's Attack increases by 20% for 5s.
Talent 3: Soul AwakeningIncreases the level of Ascending Celestial Beast by +3. Can be increased up to level 15.
Talent 4: Cloud BreakerWhen Skyward Plunge hits an enemy, it restores 2 Elemental Energy for Gaming. This effect can activate once every 0.2s at maximum.
Talent 5: Echoes of the Demon BellIncreases the level of Blaze Dance of the Golden Saber by +3. Can be increased up to level 15.
Talent 6: Beast Taming MasterySkyward Plunge increases Critical Rate by 20%, increases Critical Damage by 40%, and extends attack range.

What Can Gaming Do?
As you can see, Gaming is a character designed to spam plunging attacks, specifically Skyward Plunge from the Elemental Skill. This skill has a cooldown of only 6 seconds and can be continuously reset. Unlike Xiao with the Anemo element, Gaming possesses the Pyro element and therefore can unleash powerful Vaporize or Melt reactions from this plunging attack, provided you have suitable Hydro or Cryo character setups. When upgraded to level 10, each Skyward Plunge can deal 414% damage, not including any other buff effects, crits, or reactions.
Additionally, Gaming benefits from Xianyun's support. Despite losing the ability to gather monsters, the attack buff effect from Xianyun is potent, reaching up to 10% crit rate and 9,000 damage (to a single target) at level 10. The continuous HP loss from using Skyward Plunge allows Gaming to use the Marechaussee Hunter artifact set to gain 36% crit rate. As a result, players can easily build him to around 50% crit rate for an 86% crit rate in practice.

Furthermore, he can actively recover this health through his own ultimate (and Xianyun's Q). This makes Gaming very compatible with Furina, a support character who loves teammates with continuous HP increase/decrease abilities. It can be said that Gaming is truly the 5-star character of patch 4.4, with an interesting, unique skill set that brings new gameplay to players.
Conclusion
That's what we know about Gaming and his skills at the current time. miHoYo may still change Gaming when patch 4.4 officially launches, but the only precedent for this is changing Kokomi's Elemental Skill level-up ability. Therefore, Genshin Impact players can hope for a truly powerful character, easy to use even at C0, not clunky and messy like Candace, Kaveh, or even Dehya.
