- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch (mixed with 2 tablespoons water to form a cornstarch slurry)


STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO PREPARING THE STIR-FRIED SHRIMP AND GREEN CAULIFLOWER DISH
Step 1. Prepare the ingredients
Begin by preparing the shrimp and green cauliflower. Then, bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium pot. Blanch the green cauliflower for 30 seconds. Remove and drain. Bring the water back to a boil and blanch the shrimp for 15 seconds. Remove and drain. The shrimp will be about 60-70% cooked.


Step 2. Mix the stir-fry sauce
Combine chicken broth, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper in a bowl and set aside.
Step 3. Stir-fry combination
