At the beginning of this year, Honor refreshed the MagicBook 14 lineup with the latest 12th generation Intel chip. Recently, Honor unveiled the AMD version of the MagicBook 14 with the newest Ryzen 6000 series chip.
Accordingly, Honor officially announced that the Honor MagicBook 14 Ryzen Edition will debut at the Honor All-Scenario Conference on July 21 at 13:30 (18:30 Vietnam time), utilizing OS Turbo technology for high performance and long battery life.
Prior to this, AMD released the Ryzen 6000 CPU lineup at CES 2022. The AMD Zen 3+ cores have been redesigned for higher performance, serving as the foundation for the AMD Ryzen 6000 processors. Compared to the 5000 series, these chips boast clock speeds up to 5 GHz, 1.3 times faster processing speed, and up to 2.1 times faster graphics rendering capability.
Upcoming AMD-powered Honor MagicBook 14 Promises High Performance (Source: Honor)Ryzen 6000 CPUs can handle up to 16 threads and feature a maximum of eight cores, each capable of multitasking efficiently. AMD claims that compared to the 5000 series chips, the new CPUs offer up to an 11% increase in single-threaded performance and up to 28% faster multi-threaded performance.
The AMD version of the MagicBook 14 may come equipped with Ryzen 6600U and 6800U processors. The laptop is also expected to feature an Nvidia GeForce GTX 2050 graphics card.
