1. Seated spinal twist
This exercise targets the waist area, effectively burning excess fat

- First, sit upright on the floor, legs stretched out straight. - Cross your right foot over the left thigh
- Twist your body to the right and hold still for 30 seconds. - Return to the initial position and repeat 7 more times
- Repeat the same with the other side

2. Knee pull exercise
- First, lie on your back on the floor, then bend one knee up and use both hands to pull the knee towards your chin
- Hold the position for 20s and straighten the leg out and repeat for the other leg
- Perform 7 times for each leg
3. Cobra pose

- First, lie face down on the floor, hands placed on either side of the chest, palms facing forward

- Hold for 30 seconds at the highest position then return to the starting position
- Repeat this exercise 7 times
4. Hip opening pose
This exercise helps to open up the hip joints, making them more flexible

- Sit on the floor, soles of the feet together, hands holding the feet firmly, thighs open to both sides
- Press both thighs down to the floor as deeply as possible and continuously lift and lower them for 2 minutes
5. Child's pose
This exercise helps you completely relax, promotes a comfortable mindset, and improves skin

- Sit on both heels then bend forward, hands stretched straight on the floor
- Hold the lowest position still for 30 seconds
- Return to the initial position and repeat 7 times with this movement
