For moms whose kids love snacks, especially those colorful and potentially harmful packaged snacks, try my Bim Bim recipe. It's delicious, my kid is crazy about it!
This Bim Bim recipe requires the following ingredients:
- 1 packet of Nui (available at supermarkets, with various options like twisted, star-shaped, bow-shaped, or regular tube-shaped)

- Butter (I use Tường An brand butter)
- Cooking oil
- A pinch of sugar and salt
- Cheese powder (also available at supermarkets)
Here's how to make quick 5-minute Bim Bim for your child:
- Pour plenty of oil into the pan. Wait for the oil to heat up, then add the noodles. Remember, the oil must be really hot for the noodles to puff up evenly, crispy, and beautiful.
- Add a handful of noodles at a time and wait for them to fully puff up before scooping them out to make another batch. Repeat until all noodles are done.
Heat another pan on the stove, add three spoonfuls of sugar into the pan. Spread the sugar evenly on the pan and let it melt like caramel. When the sugar starts to change color, add a tablespoon of butter. Once the butter melts, pour half of the fried noodles into the pan and stir well.

While the remaining half of the noodles are still warm, add cream cheese and shake well. Now, our little one has two incredibly delicious snacks, enjoyable to munch on, and I guarantee that the little one will absolutely love them!!!
Oh, I almost forgot! Moms can also add a pinch of salt to each method, so the noodles will have a slightly richer taste. It's just the right balance of salty and sweet, even adults will crave it after just one try, let alone kids.
Moms, after reading this, go ahead and make it for your kids! They're really craving it already...
