Choose “Voice a Complaint” from the Topic dropdown. Use the online contact form mainly for sharing feedback about your JetBlue experience. Find the “Topic” section and select “Voice a Complaint” from the dropdown menu.

Compose your message and enter the confirmation code. Provide specific details about your experience to help the representative understand your concern. Use up to 1,500 characters to explain concisely. If applicable, include your flight or ticket confirmation code to expedite the process.
