After installing the plugin, you can include an attached file by clicking on the Creative Cloud icon located at the bottom right of the Gmail compose window. You can also use the plugin to save files directly to your Creative Cloud account. The plugin usage process is straightforward, but there are some limitations to be aware of.

At this time, you can only send public links when using the plugin. If you've shared private links, the tool will prompt you to set them to public mode. Additionally, users can only save files directly to their Creative Cloud account with a 100MB size limit.
This isn't the first time Adobe and Google have collaborated - Google Slides can integrate Adobe Stock, and Acrobat currently works with Google Drive. Adobe says many more collaborative projects with Google are planned for 2020.
