Last November, the Baldur’s Gate 3 fan community enthusiastically welcomed the 5th update with numerous tweaks from Larian. Alongside significant changes like new story content or new modes, gamers also recently noticed a minor change in characters. That being the 'fruit cluster' of male characters now has a physical effect!

To observe this effect clearly, players can enter the character creation or access the magic mirror if playing mid-game to enter the appearance change section. Then select the hidden costume feature and try... shaking and rotating the character to immediately see this new physical effect.
