Guest Browsing is an intriguing feature that enables users to block access to history, bookmarks, or passwords saved in Chrome before lending the computer for browser use. This article below will guide you on utilizing this feature.
GUIDE TO ACTIVATE GUEST BROWSING FEATURE ON CHROME
Step 1: Open the browser and navigate to “chrome://flags/”
Step 2: Use the “Ctrl+F” key combination for quick search. Type in “Enable new profile management system” (if using Vietnamese, type “bật hệ thống quản lý tiểu sử mới”) to let the system assist you.
Select Enable to initiate Guest Browsing. And choose restart to see the results.
From now on, if someone borrows your computer, simply click on the toolbar at the top right of chrome and select Browse as guest.
As mentioned earlier, with this feature, when acting as a guest in the Chrome browser, users cannot check history, cookies, bookmarks, or synchronization. Moreover, when we turn off the guest browsing mode, all information used by the guest is also erased, except for downloaded files, which are still saved on your device.
