To initiate a Google Duo video call on the web platform, simply visit https://duo.google.com. If you're already logged in with your Duo account, you'll see a search box with a list of contacts using Duo.
The application currently operates on browsers such as Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Microsoft's Edge browser is not supported. Users can make both video and voice calls, and the recipient must also be registered on Duo to receive calls.
Introduced simultaneously, Google's video chat service has outpaced the messaging app Allo and is increasingly popular. Recently, OnePlus announced its deep integration of Duo as the preferred video chat platform on its phones. If you're unfamiliar with using the Duo app, check out how to use Google Duo here.
