It has been almost a year since Google last updated its platform distribution page, which historically displayed the percentage of users on different Android OS versions. Prior to May 7, 2019, the last update was in July 2018.
Google no longer publishes reports on Android usage on its website.
In fact, there were times when the website was updated monthly, but then the intervals between new reports grew longer. Now, Google officially no longer does this. If you visit the Distribution Dashboard, there will be a notice saying: 'You can find platform version information in the Create New Project wizard of Android Studio.'
In other words, you can still access the data, just not on the web. You'll get it through Android Studio, which is intended for developers. Understanding the user ratio at which API level, what type of features they might support, and other aspects is crucial when developing an app.
If for any reason you are truly interested in this tool, it is still publicly available. You just need to utilize Android Studio.
