Google has closely monitored the impact of the Novel Coronavirus (nCoV) since its outbreak earlier this year. The company has implemented measures to ensure user safety and provide the most useful information. The tech giant, headquartered in Mountain View, has recently added several safety features in Google Maps, Google Search, and Google Assistant to help users identify the location of COVID-19 testing centers nearby.

The announcement came through a tweet on Twitter, with Google stating that they are working closely with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the Indian government to add features to their services and apps. This feature supports 10 languages including English, Indian, Hindi, Bengal, Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujrati, and Marathi.
Currently, with this feature integrated into Google Search, when users search for keywords such as 'coronavirus testing', 'COVID-19 test', or 'covid testing', the search results will provide information about licensed COVID-19 testing centers nearby.
In Google Assistant, when users inquire about Coronavirus testing, the Testing tab will appear on the search page. This tab provides a list of testing centers nearby similar to the search results of Google Search.
Similarly, Google Maps will display testing centers in a nearby area directly on the map. Users can then click on the centers for more information, such as whether it is a private center or operated by a government organization.
Finally, there is a 'learn more' option alongside the search results that will redirect users to the official website of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW).
Amidst the ongoing complexity of COVID-19, Microsoft Teams emerges as an effective online meeting software. Currently, Free Microsoft Teams users can now enable live subtitles and schedule meetings, marking notable information from the Microsoft publisher.
