Google Lens is capable of translating text in screen captures.

In the Google Lens app, text translation in screen captures is now available on mobile devices running Android 11 and above. A translation button will appear on the screen capture, and by clicking on it, the content in the screen capture will be quickly translated.

When taking a screenshot on a phone running Android 11 or higher, a preview of the screenshot will appear in the bottom left corner of the screen for quick sharing or editing. Translation suggestions from Google Lens now also appear there on screen captures.
