Just inaugurated on April 1, 2023, the Nha Trang Opera House stands as Vietnam's largest privately-owned theater, leaving a lasting impression on tourists.

The Nha Trang Opera House in Nha Trang city, with a total investment of $400 million, is expected to become a new icon in the cultural and tourism sector of Khanh Hoa province.

The Nha Trang Opera House is constructed in the Bai Tien area, Vinh Hoa ward, Nha Trang city, taking inspiration from the 'dó' – a traditional Vietnamese fishing tool used in rice farming. The project is built with mechanical systems, stage techniques, and sound and lighting equipment directly imported from Europe, meeting international standards for artistic performances.

This is the first modern opera house built in Vietnam with standards similar to European theaters. The Nha Trang Opera House will be the venue for the daily art performance 'Life Puppets,' based on the story of the 12 zodiac animals characteristic of the East. The performance incorporates innovative puppetry forms such as shadow puppets and string puppets.
