Rơm BBQ – An excellent space to host memorable parties
When planning a party to mark a significant milestone in life, the first step is to devise a plan to make it unique and unforgettable. Alongside that, finding the perfect venue also consumes a considerable amount of time. My friend and I wandered through the streets of Saigon, exploring numerous establishments, yet unable to find the ideal location. However, while passing by Thanh Thế building on Lưu Văn Lang Street, near the intersection of Nguyễn Trung Trực and Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa, we stumbled upon Rơm BBQ. I made the decision instantly, without much hesitation.

First and foremost, I must say I was incredibly impressed by the name of the restaurant. Rơm – a name evoking familiarity, reminiscent of the countryside in Vietnam, evoking a sense of tranquility and simplicity. In a bustling Saigon, such peaceful surroundings are truly invaluable.

Upon arrival, I was genuinely overwhelmed by the space here. I must say I was impressed from the very first glance as Rơm BBQ's ambiance is extraordinary. It's a rooftop restaurant situated on the top floor of the Thế Thành building. The space is quite spacious, airy, accompanied by a mesmerizing view. Standing here, you can admire many modern architectural wonders of Sài Thành. As night falls, it becomes incredibly enchanting with its sparkling lights.

One must set foot here and witness the scenery of Rơm BBQ firsthand to truly appreciate the artistic essence in the designs and décor that perfectly match the restaurant's name. While in the countryside, straw may be something quite ordinary, here in the bustling urban area, it's different. It serves as a unique and visually striking highlight for many.

Impressed not only by its distinctly Thai-style ambiance, but Rơm BBQ also truly captivates with its incredibly diverse and enticing menu. The dishes here are creatively crafted based on traditional rural grilling cuisines. What sets it apart is that all the fresh ingredients are prepared and served right at the table, allowing everyone to grill according to their preferences.

Just the thought of it, on your birthday, surrounded by friends and family, gathering together to grill meat, drink fine wine or perhaps a bit of beer, and engage in lively conversation, already feels incredibly blissful. The meat, marinated to perfection, grilling over glowing charcoal, with the outer layer crisping to a golden brown while maintaining its tenderness and sweetness inside, all enveloped in smoke, tantalizing everyone's taste buds. Grilling meat while enjoying it is truly wonderful.

Looking at the restaurant's menu, whether it's salmon rolls with purple perilla, grilled pork belly, grilled eel, or smoked bacon with cheese,... all dishes that everyone loves. Therefore, I don't have to worry about who will eat and who won't.

Due to financial constraints, I paid close attention to the prices at Rơm BBQ. The prices are considered cheap, ranging from 85 - 95k per dish. Even a pot of hotpot costs just over 200k. However, only the drinks are relatively expensive compared to the average price. But compensated by the fairly fast and professional service provided by the super adorable staff at Rơm BBQ.

Because Rơm BBQ is quite popular, I had to make a reservation in advance. Not only did we eat and drink, but we also had space for games and singing to liven up the atmosphere. I must say, this was the most memorable birthday party I've ever had.
