Greg Joswiak, Apple's Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, recently had an interview with Thai outlet iMod. In a video posted on Youtube, Greg Joswiak discussed Apple's decision to film the entire event with the new iPhone and talked about former CEO Steve Jobs' speeches.
During the interview, Joswiak recounted some lessons he learned from working alongside Steve Jobs:- Through Steve Jobs' speeches, Joswiak realizes that in Apple's DNA, technology alone is not enough; it must be technology combined with the freedom of art and humanities.
Sharing about Shot on iPhone at the October Mac introduction event, Apple exclusively filmed with the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Greg Joswiak stated:Apple has invested in the iPhone camera for many years and has more images captured with the iPhone than any other camera or device in the world. Therefore, the company feels a responsibility to invest in the camera to meet user needs.Joswiak mentions that we don't view other smartphone companies as competitors but rather strive to emulate what professional cameras can do. And those features have been implemented with the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max.Therefore, at the recent Mac introduction event, the company entirely filmed with the new iPhone and conducted edits on Mac.
