Players can locate the Griffin guarding a chest just south of the initial island, near the southern observatory. It resides on the last island, where the water meets the mainland.
2. Statue of the Goddess of Wisdom
The second location is west of the Statue of the Goddess of Wisdom. This vigilant Griffin watches over a hidden cave. If players struggle to locate it, wait until nightfall and follow the radiant light to the west of the statue. This scenic spot illuminates in the evening and holds one of the subtle secrets in Fenyx Rising that few notice.
Another Griffin creature also makes an appearance near the Statue of the Goddess of Wisdom, but to its northeast. A chest lies in the northeast part of the Grove of Kleos, on a small plateau. The Griffin guards that treasure chest.
3. Forge Lands Region
Next, do not overlook the extreme north of Forge Lands. Griffins appear near the icy coastline bordering King's Peak, and another spawns to the west, beneath a colossal rock wall. While players need to upgrade Heavy Lifting to Herakles's Strength for an Epic Chest, it is not necessary to defeat the Griffin guarding this treasure.
Not to mention, the third Griffin in Forge Lands guards the Shrine of Aither, east of its predecessor. For serious Griffin farming, the best place to do so in the entire world of Fenyx is Forge Lands. You can find at least 3 bird-headed lion creatures here, frequently resurrecting.
