(Homeland) - This revelation comes from Take-Two's CEO, Mr. Strauss Zelnick.
When asked about the upcoming GTA 6 project, Mr. Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two, disclosed that Artificial Intelligence technology has been a significant boon to the production team. With AI's involvement, the project's speed has significantly improved, albeit production costs remain as high as initially anticipated.

Take-Two's CEO shares: 'We've been developing AI tools since the dawn of this industry. Most of our entertainment assets are computer-generated. We value these tools. We develop them in-house, and we also license them. The recent advancements in AI are truly fascinating, and I've publicly stated many times that I believe they will help create significant efficiencies.'
'In certain cases, AI will enable us to do things that we couldn't do before. But it will also allow our competitors to do the same. So, I think the toolsets stemming from these recent developments will quickly become commercialized. In today's gaming industry, whoever masters AI will emerge victorious.'

Following the widespread leak of GTA 6 information since 2022, there are revelations that GTA 6 is poised to be a significant leap forward from GTA V, the best-selling electronic game of all time. GTA 6 may be a major upgrade from its predecessor with new visuals, gameplay, and scope - and undoubtedly, whether good or bad, the latest AI technology will contribute to building the game's world.
Currently, the outcome of GTA 6 and the extent of AI utilization for game development remain uncertain. This might be the most ambitious and costly project in the history of Rockstar Games.
