Step 1: On the main interface of your Facebook Fanpage, select Settings.

Step 2: Here, click on People and Other Pages, a list of people who like your page will appear. You can check the corresponding box next to the name of the person you want to block, then click on the gear icon to set options for them.
Among them are Remove From Page Likes and Ban From Page, these features will limit or even prevent that person from taking any actions on your Fanpage.

Step 3: Next, select the General section, find and click on the Page Moderation option as shown below.

Step 4: Here, add any offensive or sensitive keywords that need to be blocked in posts or comments, then click Save Changes.

Step 5: Navigate to the Profanity Filter option, change the value to Strong, and then click Save Changes.

Step 1: Hover over the comment of the user you want to block. When the x icon and Hide text appear, click on the ' x ' icon.
