Google Contacts, initially integrated with Gmail, Calendar, and Google Drive, serves as an online contact management tool. This service helps users synchronize their contacts from various platforms such as Android, iOS, Windows Phone on mobile devices, and on PCs like Windows and Mac OS.
To export contacts from Gmail, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the address https://contacts.google.com/; it will appear as shown in the image.

Step 2: Select the contacts to export.

Step 3: Click on the three dots (1) in the top-right corner of the screen, then click on Export (2).

It will look like the image below:

Step 4: Choose the format for export (prefer CSV for Outlook) and then click Export.

Step 5: Select the location to save the contact file; the file will be in the format ***.csv (*** is the name you give to the file).

After successfully downloading, users can open the contact file using Microsoft Excel to view.
