From the airport to Phayathai station, connecting to the elevated BTS line, the cost is only 45 Baht per person. To Makkasan, for connecting to the MRT (subway), the fare is 35 Baht. The travel time is just under 30 minutes.

Catch the bus at gate number 7 on the 1st floor of the terminal building for the journey from Suvarnabhumi to downtown Bangkok. The bus follows the road and highway into the city, traveling along Rachadamnoern Road, Larm Luang Road, Phra Artit Road, and Phra Sumen Road. Note that the bus does not pass through Khao San, only dropping off passengers at the beginning of the street.
