1. Login and Registration Guide on the public service portal.
To access the official website of the BHXH public service portal, open your browser and go to the address: dichvucong.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn or click HERE to quickly link to the website.
1.1 Account registration guide
On the main interface of the Vietnam Social Insurance Electronic Transaction website, look to the top right corner and select the Register option.

For individuals , you need to enter the following necessary information:

Finally, enter the verification code on the screen and select Confirm to complete the registration.

Online Public Services:
You can search for administrative procedure records such as: Health insurance, payment of examination fees, social insurance benefit claims, pension claims, and more.
Record Inquiry:
In this section, you can search for documents and records stored on the website.
