1. Blocking Messages from Strangers on Zalo
To avoid being bothered, Zalo provides a feature to block messages from strangers so they can't disturb you if you're not friends. To activate this feature, follow these steps:
Step 1: First, select the Add (1) option to explore Zalo's additional features. Then choose Settings to open the settings.
In Settings, select Privacy (3) to access privacy settings.
Step 2: Under Privacy, simply turn off the Receive messages from strangers feature.
2. Blocking Messages from Friends on Zalo
If you need to block messages from acquaintances or friends on Zalo, follow these steps:
Firstly, open the chat you want to block on Zalo. Then, select Options (1) and scroll down to find the Block messages (2) option.
