Guide on Creating Online Classes with Zalo

In a previous article, Mytour once introduced how to create classrooms on Zoom, with compact and convenient data usage. To provide more options, today we'll introduce you to the method of creating online classes with Zalo, a popular chat application familiar to Vietnamese users.

Guide: Creating online classrooms with Zalo PC

In essence, creating online classrooms with Zalo is also the method of creating Zalo chat groups. Previously, Mytour has provided guidance on creating Zalo chat groups on mobile phones, which users can view and refer to in the link here. However, in this article's content, we will focus on the steps performed on the computer interface of Zalo PC.

Firstly, download Zalo to your phone or computer and proceed with the installation.

1. Guide: Creating online classes with Zalo on PC
Step 1: Log in to your account on Zalo PC, in the software interface, press Create chat group (Shortcut Ctrl + N) with the icon of three dots in a circle at the top left corner of the screen.

Step 2: The Create group window appears. Here, you can name the group in the Group name section. To invite more people to the group, you can enter the usernames of users or select from the chat list below.
Once done, click on the Create group button.

So we've completed the process of creating online classes with Zalo. After successfully creating a Zalo group on the computer, the initial workspace of the group will be displayed as illustrated below. In the chat window, teachers and students can start messaging and exchanging. Alternatively, you can use the Video call feature with the camera icon to start livestreaming lectures.

2. Inviting people to Zalo online classes
* Adding friends to online classes
Step 1: In the workspace of Zalo online classes, press Chat information at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: In the Adjust Members table, you can also enter names or select user accounts from the Recent Chats list. Press Done to add members to the class.

* Adding strangers to online classes
If you haven't befriended or chatted with someone yet, you can still invite strangers to join your class, here's how:
Step 1: In the Chat Group screen, you also tap on the Chat Info section, select Group Management.

Step 2:The Group Management table appears, you scroll down and drag the slider at the Allow using group join link line.
Next, you just copy the link shared by Zalo and send it to those you want to invite to join the online class via messaging or other chat apps. Other users just need to click on the link to be automatically invited to join the group.
