Inserting Flash files into PowerPoint enhances presentations, making them dynamic and more effective. While some opt for supporting software, it can be complicated for those less familiar with downloading and installing applications.
However, you can seamlessly embed Flash files into PowerPoint without the need for any supporting software. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Create a folder to store both the Flash and PowerPoint files.

Step 4: In More Control, select Shockwave Flash Object and click OK.
Use the mouse cursor to draw a rectangle on the Slide, fitting the dimensions of your flash content.
Step 5: Right-click on the rectangle and select Properties.
In Properties, enter the Flash file path in the Movie section. Since the Flash file is in the same folder as the PowerPoint file, you only need to enter the Flash file name in the Movie field. For example, nui-lua-01.swf.
Congratulations! You've successfully embedded a Flash file into your PowerPoint. This method works for most Office versions, from 2003 to the latest Office 2013, without the need for additional software support.
