Cleaning the filter of wall-mounted air conditioner
Step 1. Slide the filter out of the device.

Step 2. Use a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner to remove all dust or debris on the filter.

Step 3. If the filter has a lot of dust, soak it in soapy water for about 30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.

Step 4. After washing the filter, let it air dry in a well-ventilated area.

Step 5. Reinstall the filter.

Note:
- Do not scrub the air filter with stiff bristle brush or other abrasive cleaning tools.
- If the air filter is not completely dry or dried in a confined (or humid) area, it may develop odors.
- Avoid exposing the air filter directly to sunlight when drying.
Cleaning the filter of floor-standing air conditioner
If your home air conditioner is a floor-standing type with inverter, check the following steps. The floor-standing model with inverter has two types of filters.
Full HD filter: This filter screens large dust particles from the air.
Zero filter: This filter retains small dust particles in the air. It can be washed and used permanently.
Step 1. Pull out the Full HD filter in the direction indicated by the arrow in the image below.

Step 2. Remove dust using a vacuum cleaner or rinse under running water.

Step 3. Completely dry the filter in a shaded, cool area.

Step 4. Push the Full HD filter all the way to the end in the direction of the arrow to ensure complete fixation.

Note:
- Clean the FullHD filter every two weeks.
- The cleaning frequency may vary depending on usage conditions and environment.
Cleaning the Zero filter
Be cautious of the sharp back surface of the Zero filter. You may get injured on your hand.
Step 1. Remove the Full HD filter below. Grip the handle on the Zero filter and remove the filter by pulling it in the direction indicated by the arrow in the image.

Step 2. Soak the filter in water and shake it up and down several times.

Step 3. Dry the filter in a well-ventilated area.

Step 4. Push the Zero filter in the direction of the arrow and ensure the filter is securely fixed in place. Place the Full HD filter back below.

Note:
- Clean the Zero filter once every 3 months. (Based on 8 hours of daily usage.)
- The cleaning frequency may vary depending on usage conditions and environment.

Tips for removing the multi-purpose air filter
Hold the grille with one hand to prevent it from falling out.
Once the grille is fully removed, detach the safety hooks on both sides of the grille.

How to reinstall the filter
