1. Directly order on the website (pre-orders and deposits open at 12:01 AM on September 22nd)
Step 1: Customers place orders on the website.
- Step 2: Select version - capacity - color + fill in personal information.
Step 3: Choose the delivery method (Home delivery | Pick up at the store).
Step 4: Complete the payment process and wait for confirmation.
Step 4: Choose the deposit payment method (Deposit at the store | Online payment).
- For Online Payment, select payment via ATM card or Visa|MasterCard|JCB.
Select ATM Card Payment, choose the bank of the payment card.
Then fill in the information Card Number + Expiry Date + Cardholder Name, then press Payment.
Choose VISA|MASTERCARD|JCB Payment, input Card Number + Expiry Date + CSC Number, then press Payment.
After Successful Payment, the website will display a notification for you.

- For Deposit at the store, you can visit the nearest store of The Gioi Di Dong|Minprice|TopZone or go to the store to choose pickup (Step 3) for deposit payment.
- Alternatively, you can contact Hotline: 1900 232 460 (TGDĐ) - 1900 232 461 (ĐMX) - 1900.9696.42 (TopZone) for assistance in early deposit payment transfer.
- When the order is successfully placed, the website will display a notification for you.
2. Place installment orders on the website (Pre-order and deposit will be available from 0:01 on 09/22)
Step 1: Place Installment Orders on the website:

Step 2: Select version - capacity - color + fill in personal information.
Step 3: Choose installment payment method (Credit Card Installment | Financial Institution Installment).
- For Credit Card Installment, choose Installment Bank + Card Type + Installment Package.
After selecting Bank - Card Type - Installment Package, press Pay Now.
Enter Card Number + Expiry Date + CSC Number of the installment card and then press Payment.
After Successful Payment, the website will display a notification for you.
If Payment Fails/Transaction Error, the website will show a notification. Call Hotline: 1900 232 460 (TGDĐ) - 1900 232 461 (ĐMX) - 1900.9696.42 (TopZone) for assistance in checking the order.
- For Financial Institution Installment, choose Product - Color - Capacity and fill in Information + Select store as profile. Then click 0% Financial Institution Installment.
After selecting 0% Financial Institution Installment, the website will notify that the order has been successfully placed, and the hotline will call to advise on installment packages and guide deposit payment.

3. Place orders directly from the hotline (Pre-order and deposit will be available from 0:01 on 09/22)
- Customers contact Hotline: 1900 232 460 (TGDĐ) - 1900 232 461 (ĐMX) - 1900.9696.42 (TopZone) for assistance in creating orders.
- After successfully placing the order, the hotline will send information via text message for customers to transfer deposit payment (Note: Customers must choose the “Fast transfer 24/7” method and fill in the “correct transfer content”).
- After successfully transferring the deposit, the hotline will send a confirmation message.
4. Place orders at the store (From 8:00 on 09/22, the store will open and accept deposits)
- Customers are welcomed at the nearest Mytour | Minprice | TopZone store to place orders and make deposits. Payment methods include cash, card, bank transfer, and online payment gateways. Upon successful deposit, customers will receive a receipt.
