STEPS TO PREPARE STIR-FRIED CLAMS WITH BLACK BEANS
Step 1. Prepare the clams
Soak the clams in salt water for about 1 hour then rinse them thoroughly with water. Make sure your clams are well cleaned. There's nothing more unpleasant than finding sand in your food.
