Step 1:
- Blanch the jackfruit in boiling water, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2:
- Prepare the salad dressing: Mix 1 tablespoon of delicious fish sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar until dissolved, then add 1 tablespoon of lime juice concentrate and stir well. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Place jackfruit in a clean bowl, pour in half of the salad dressing, mix well to marinate the jackfruit. Add shrimp and pork belly, pour in the remaining half of the salad dressing, mix well. Chop fresh herbs finely, sprinkle roasted peanuts on top.
