For those unaware, the Zalo mobile app features a Mini App called Zalo Shop, enabling you to discover and purchase your favorite items with exclusive offers not available on every app. Join me in exploring how to shop on Zalo Shop and give it a try.
How to shop on Zalo Shop
Step 1: Similar to other e-commerce platforms, Zalo Shop offers a wide range of diverse products. To browse and shop on Zalo Shop, navigate to the Discover tab on the main interface of the app, then proceed to select the Shop section.
Step 2: Next, grant location access permission to the app by tapping Allow. The app interface will display main sections such as search bar, promotional banners, product categories, deals,... you can click on to explore more products.
Step 3: If you've found a product you like and wish to purchase, simply click on the product and then click on the green plus sign behind the product to add it to your cart. Once the product is added to your cart, click on the cart to begin the checkout process.
Step 4: Finally, click on Place Order to complete the ordering process. You will receive a successful messaging notification. Choose to continue shopping for more items or continue chatting to view your order.
Step 5: If you wish to cancel your order, simply engage in a chat with the Shop, click on the product, scroll down, and press Cancel Order. That's it!
